A word from the Pastor
“May the lord make you increase and abound in love to one another and to all, just as we do to you.” 1 Thessalonians 3:12
Every week people gather on a Wednesday, and we have great fellowship doing a study on the Books of Thessalonians. There is so much in them and Paul talks about the coming of Jesus, etc. WOW!!
The verse says “abound in love” a great way to do this, is to read the Word, to be built up strong, in order to encourage others.
Many Christians come to church discouraged and defeated, some come disenchanted about life. Our warm encouragement might be just what they need that day. When the worship service is over, do you charge for the nearest door or do you head toward people who need encouragement? Why not stick around on Sunday morning and reach out to others!!!
A man once said “The greatest thing I can do for a friend is to ensure that I walk with God”. Persevere in your faith for other believers.
