The Value of Prayer
This week Ps Craig Winnington talks about the value of prayer. What value do you put on prayer?
In order for your circumstances and the atmosphere around you to change you have to pray. Nothing will change without prayer and remembering what God has done because, forgetting what God has done will negate what God can do! Have you ever noticed that when a voice begins to speak for God, satan will come in and try to shut it down?
God has called us to be His Voice, not a echo of the past where nothing changes, we are to speak in the now to make a difference in the future. Without prayer we will not know what God wants us to do.
The year 2020 is being called the year of vision. 22/20 vision means clear vision, it's not perfect vision. In the Jewish calendar the year 2020 is5780 and what God will do in Israel this year He will do for us. In Hebrew 80 = pey = mouth = speak and 57 = within. Put it together and 5780 means to speak, declare what is within. This year is the year for all believers to speak, declare and proclaim all that God says that you have inside you. Speak His word and promises over your community, country, family. 2020 is the year for the church to become a voice, not the echo. It's all about what you do in your house that will make a difference.
